ANIL KULKARNI
Mentor
Anil G. Kulkarni passed his Diploma in Civil Engineering from Mumbai in the year 1971. He served under Contracting firm called Consteel Corporation for a period of about 2 years and then started his own contracting business. He has undertaken large civil contracts of HPCL & BPCL Refineries, Empire Dyeing, TATA Mills etc. In 1986 he ventured into Real Estate as Builders and Developers in Pune. Since then he has been in the business of Real Estate Development and has completed more than 45 Projects in Pune and 8 Projects in Mumbai.
RISHIRAJ KULKARNI
Director
A young and dynamic Civil Engineer from MIT, Pune with more than 20 years of experience in the Construction/Real Estate Industry has a thorough understanding of the nuances of the Real Estate industry. He has been in Project acquisition and Business Development. Pearl Concept is a member of NAREDCO. Mr. Rishiraj Kulkarni has been an active member and an Advisor to NAREDCO NEXT-GEN Committee.
